YouStay™ balloon assembly

In development

  • Integrated visualization
  • Steerable balloon catheter
  • One-handed control
  • One handheld platform
  • Eustachian tube & sinus
  • Built for the office

The Problem

Balloon procedures in ENT can be highly variable between operators and difficult to standardize outside the operating room.

  • Navigation can be limited
  • Anatomy varies widely
  • Real-time visualization is often insufficient

This makes office-based procedures harder than they should be — reducing efficiency, consistency, and confidence.

Our Solution

YouStay™ is one handheld system, built for real-world in-office ENT workflows, that lets you:

  • See the anatomy with an integrated camera
  • Steer and dilate with one hand
  • Confirm the correct anatomical target before dilating

The goal is simple: help ENT physicians perform office procedures with greater precision, fewer steps, and more predictable outcomes.

One integrated platform designed to let physicians see, steer, and dilate the correct anatomical target.

How YouStay™ works

  • A 1 mm flexible camera gives a real-time view at the treatment site — no separate scope tower

  • A steerable, anatomically shaped balloon catheter is positioned one-handed

  • Visualization and steering together help confirm the correct target before dilating

  • Designed for minimally invasive in-office Eustachian tube and sinus procedures

What it means for your practice

  • Better visibility in challenging anatomy

  • More consistency between operators

  • Procedures designed for the office setting

  • One integrated platform in place of separate instruments

YouStay™ is in development and not FDA cleared. Software features are on the future roadmap and are not part of the current device.

The device

One instrument, designed around the procedure.

Camera, catheter and controls come together in a single handheld system — so the procedure stays in one hand and one field of view.

Where YouStay™ is today

  1. Late-stage integrated prototype: balloon, steerable catheter, reusable handle and micro-camera designed and built; entering final integration and bench testing.

  2. Highly controlled first-in-human Eustachian tube dilation targeted for Q1 2027, with IRB-led oversight.

  3. Defined FDA 510(k) pathway with an identified predicate device.

Targets are plans and may change. YouStay™ is not FDA cleared or available for sale.
